"Celebrating Over 25 Years Of Service"
Daniel Clark, President & Founder
Dan, along with his late wife Jennifer, founded CII in 1992. After having worked in construction for much of his life, and specifically in the Atlanta high-rise community since 1988, he saw a need for a new type of remodeler - one that specialized in high-rise condos and the unique building challenges they present. For nearly 30 years, Dan has worked in and become the expert in numerous buildings across the city.
When not at work Dan enjoys restoring classic cars. What began with one 1966 Dodge Dart has now grown to a fleet of mid-1960s Mopars ranging from Darts to D-100 trucks. He also has a 1967 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow that came to him through a client. Dan also enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Josh Howell, Project Manager
Since joining CII in 2005, Josh has spent his time in the field moving up the ranks to Project Manager. Josh got his start in construction in NWPA as a drywall finisher and is one of the best in Atlanta. Today he functions in both a hands-on and management capacity. He is well rounded and skilled in all facets of the remodeling process.
When not at work, Josh is an avid outdoorsman and prefers to spend his time in the woods. He enjoys archery and rifle hunting. He is also a skilled craftsman and beekeeper. He enjoys woodworking and building unique projects at home.
Together with Brandy, he is raising 2 kids, a dog, and (so far) one chicken.
Brandy Howell, VP & Partner
Brandy joined CII in the summer of 2005 when she and her husband, Josh, relocated to Atlanta from northwestern Pennsylvania. With a background in accounting, Brandy handles all office & financial functions as well as daily interaction with clients to address their needs.
As a working mother, she divides her time between the office and raising her two small children. Together, with her husband Josh, they strive to “build” well rounded little people out of the busy little ones they are lucky to call their own.
Brandy’s favorite part of her job is seeing how building trends and client preferences are incorporated into various different spaces. She also enjoys running, knitting, and the very rare evening of peace and quiet.
